The signature of all owners, as indicated on the evaluation roll for the property in question, is required. One person may be designated, in writing, to represent all the owners for the present request (see section "Identification of the applicant").

If the registered owner is a Company (legal entity) and the designated representative is not the major shareholder, attach a certified copy of the resolution from the Administrative Council authorizing this person to sign the permit application.

For new owners who are not currently registered on the evaluation roll, please attach a copy of your deed of sale.

You may also attach a signed proxy from the owner authorizing the applicant to sign or receive information issued by the Municipality of Bolton-Est on their behalf.

Submit a plan to scale indicating;

- The various cutting sectors, with their area

- Access routes (from the road to the various sectors.)

- Stacking area

- All waterways on the entire site

For recovery operations a forestry prescription is required

On a property used for cutting trees that is 4 hectares or larger, a forestry prescription or a management plan

prepared by a forest engineer must be provided. It should include the following:

- The location of the land covered by this application and a description of the stands found there

- Identification of diseased stands or stands that have been attacked by insects and a description of the stands

- Establish the location of wind-fallen trees

For an area of less than 5 hectares: $50
For an area of 5 hectares or more: $10 per hectare
