As per the title deed
The signature of all owners, as indicated on the evaluation roll for the property in question, is required. One person may be designated, in writing, to represent all the owners for the present request (see section "Identification of the applicant").
If the registered owner is a Company (legal entity) and the designated representative is not the major shareholder, attach a certified copy of the resolution from the Administrative Council authorizing this person to sign the permit application.
For new owners who are not currently registered on the evaluation roll, please attach a copy of your deed of sale.
You may also attach a signed proxy from the owner authorizing the applicant to sign or receive information issued by the Municipality of Bolton-Est on their behalf.

Profile of the slope
A drainage plan, to scale, of at least 1:5000 of the location of the new road and indicate the following:
- Delimitation of the drainage basin;
- Direction the water flows;
- The drainage outlet(s) towards other basins outside of the basin where the proposed road is situated;
- The water flow during peak spring thaw and the average annual rate of flow (before the construction work on the road);
- The water flow during peak spring thaw and the possible average annual flow likely to be observed to the drainage outlets towards other drainage basins;
- The data used to calculate the flow rate as requested above;
- The precise location and a description of appropriate erosion and sedimentation control measures proposed by the applicant to minimize the impacts of the project contemplated on the properties and watercourses situated downstream;
- Each retention basin needed to reduce the rate of flow of water during the peak spring thaw in such a way as to even the flow to the average rate, at the outlet of the territory contemplated, to more or less the same rate as the average annual rate before the work;
- All servitudes necessary for this drainage, as needed, to allow for the future flow of any amount of water greater than the quantity of water on the properties in question before the work.
